Meals:

  • Breakfast as per the Hotel Policy it will be Korean / Japanese /Continental
  • Lunch and Dinner will be at Indian/Local Restaurant or at the hotel (Helped and assisted by our chef)
  • Few meals will be packed during the tour.
  • 1 or 2 Meal will be local and on that time no Indian item possible
  • Meal requests will be only Veg or Jain and for Non-veg will try for 1 Non veg item during the Dinner but it’s also not possible on every Day.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.

  • In Japan And Korea Coach Working Hour Is 10 Hours Per Day.

Transfer:
  • To reach Nagoya we will use Bullet Train – One way
  • Seoul To Osaka Internal Flight With 20kg Baggage Allowance (1 Piece) – Economy Class. And No Meal In Flight (Low Frill Airline) – We May Divide Group In 2 Flights And Time Difference Will Be From 45 Min To 1.30 Hours. 
  • Rest All Transfers By Coach
  • We Provide Arrival And Departure Only 1 Airport Transfers For Group. For Any Other Arrival And Departure Transfers Additional Cost Will Be Applicable.
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, If You Arrive 03 Hours Before The Group Arrives, You Will Wait At The Airport & We Will Arrange Your Transfers With The Group Only.
  • Group Arrival Transfers Will Be At 11.00 PM From Incheon International Airport To Seoul Hotel. If You Will Arrive At A Different Terminal Then You Will Have To Come At Group Flight Terminal.
  • If Flight Timing Differs From Our Group Timings, Then Transfers Need To Arrange On Your Own In A Taxi To A Hotel Or Vice Versa. Please Check Flight Timing With Us Before Booking.
  • Group Departure Transfer Will Be At 06.00 / 06:30 AM From Tokyo Hotel To Narita International Airport. If Your Departure Flight Will Be From Different Terminal Then You Need To Manage Terminal Transfer By Your Own.
  • It May Also Possible As Tour Manager Will Meet You Directly At Airport.
  • If Guest Are Taking Pre Stay Or Post Stay Then They Need To Manage Arrival And Departure Transfer By Their Own.
  • We Will Take Internal Flight From Seoul To Osaka So, On This Day Will Provide One Transfer To Whole Group From Seoul Hotel To Incheon International Airport.
