Meal Notes:
  • Lunches will be a combination of restaurant & casserole lunches.
  • In few hotels we will provide hotel breakfast
  • In Christchurch meals will be in Indian Restaurant.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances any meal on tour can be packed meal due to operational issues

Breakfast: Cold Breakfast spread with items like Milk, Cereal, Fruits along with 2 hot Indian Items. In Christchurch we will have hotel breakfast as per their menu.

Lunch: Afternoon lunch will be a minimum of two or three Items such as Pav Bhaji, Puri Bhaji, Bhel, Chole Puri, Biryani Curd, Handva etc. will be served in outside Picnic areas & Parks. (Subject to weather conditions &  permissions, the time of this meal can vary)

Dinner: Indian Dinner will be served in the hotel or in an Indian restaurant with a full set menu of that city.

  • Despite having a chef on board, some meals will be prepared by the restaurant due to logistic reasons. (Specifically on days with intercity flight or long distance road travel)
  • Meals in New Zealand & Australia will be by Indian Chef as per above conditions.

Note: Incase if you wish to cancel tour before 45 days of your departure, please note your internal airline portion will be non-refundable

Point to be noted: 
  • The interchange or swap in the flow of the cities is possible due to airline connections.
  • Personal Expense of any nature like, laundry, shopping, incidentals at hotels etc.
  • Meals (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) unless mentioned
  • American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
  • Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
  • Child age ? 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
  • We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
  • We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
  • No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
  • We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
  • Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
  • Hotel checks in times are 4 pm and checkout times are 10 am.
  • At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
