  • Water sports are not  permitted for guests below 8 years and above 59 years
  • Swing is not  permitted for guests  below 5 years and above 59 years
  • Rafting is not permitted for guests below 5 years and above 64 years
  • Nusa Penida is not permitted below  2  years and above 68 years
  • Water sports activities included in the package are offered as part of a short-duration combo. Each activity will be approximately 2 minutes in length.
  • Snorkelling at Nusa Penida is not permitted for guests below  10 and  above 64 years
  • Diving at Nusa Penida is not permitted for guests below 12 years and above 59 years
  • ATV is not Permitted for guests below 6 years and above 64 years


Please Note:

  • Bali Tourism Tax: To be paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival in Bali – IDR 150,000 per person (USD 10).

Hotel Information:

  • Accommodation will be provided in standard rooms.

Additional Notes

  • Children below 5 years are not included in Swing activities.

  • Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit - Full INR portion of the tour cost per person or 40% of the Total tour cost in case of Direct Joining is required at the time of booking.
  • 100% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 35 days prior to departure.
  • The foreign currency portion will remain subject to fluctuation. The applicable exchange rate and IBR charges prevailing on the date of final payment shall apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • 35 days or more before departure: Full INR portion
  • 34 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the total tour cost
  • Within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total tour cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package. 

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
